Last weekend we went to Grapevine to ride the Polar Express. Carris did so good on the ride up there and back. She pretty much slept the whole time. It was so much fun watching Candice dancing in the isles of the Polar Express.

Carris having fun with Aunt Chi Chi

Wednesday night we had dinner at our house and Christy came over and stole Carris from us (as usual) and decided to have a little fun with her. You probably can't hear her because I did it with my digital camera but she is squeeking and laughing up a storm. I had never heard her get so excited. She loves sticking that toungue out.

Christmas Fun Day at Church

Daddy is having fun with Carris at the Christmas festival. The church that Nathan (our nephew) goes to school at had a festival with snow, blouncy games, joisting (which I destroyed Justin at) sack races, bean bag throw, and free food. It was fun but I wish I could have run around with Carris and watched her have fun. I can't wait to do that.

Meeting Travis and Cheryl

Carris got to see Uncle Travis and Aunt Cheryl last Thursday for the first time. I told her that they are FINALLY moving back and she got the biggest smile.

Carris Other 2 Month Picture

This is kind of a dark picture but she is still so beautiful. We laid her down and she held her head up for the whole thing. She is getting so strong. She wouldn't give us a smile again but maybe that was because she was straining to keep that melon up. I just can't get over how cute she is. Can you tell I am a proud papa.

2 Month Picture

She is growing up so fast, I can't believe our baby is 2 months old already. I can't believe Candice and I made it through 2 months. She wouldn't give us a smile this time. We also tried to get a picture with Santa again but she decided that was not an option and she latched onto his hair pretty good. She is getting a good grip like her daddy.

We had our 2 month doctors visit on Wednesday and our little (big) girl weighed 12.45 lbs. She was not a big fan of the shot process. Daddy had to hold her down cause momma was scared. She yelled for about 10 seconds and wimpered for about 30 seconds and then after that she acted like nothing happened. She is gonna be a tough girl.

Carris' Christmas Decorations

Carris gets to enjoy her first Christmas by being blinded by her own house. She couldn't help me very much this year but I have a feeling she will be right there with me tangling up all of my lights by next year.

First Christmas

Carris' first Christmas. She is becoming a natural with the camera. It only took one shot to get this photo and Santa didn't scare her one bit. I am so proud of her. I can tell you one thing though, Christmas is a lot more expensive with a baby.

1 Month Photo

Our baby girl is looking so beautiful. We just can't help but stare at her. This is her 1 month photo and the 2 month photo is coming soon. She is so smart, she is even flashing the "I love you" sign for the camera.

Our first blog

This the first blog for us. I figured out how to do this today. I want to be able to share those precious moments of Carris with everyone. I can't believe it has already been 2 months. She has already changed so much.
